The cones and the cover panels are the construction parts forming the upper termination of the transition round block, and reduce it to the size of the inlet opening. The levelling rings or the covers are placed on the construction parts. It includes the construction parts of the overhaul channels used for the inspection, maintenance, ventilation, and deaerating sewer without the access of the maintenance. The cones are fitted with steel climbers with plastic coating built in dowel pins.
